Program Description This program offers eligible consumers a Cash Allowance applied toward the Type Sale 1 or B or E or L of eligiblevehicles to residents of the states and counties listed in the BUSINESS CENTER BOUNDARIES section. Dealers must verify customer eligibility in accordance with the program criteria outlined in the Qualifying Program Criteria section listed below and retain verification in the deal jacket. Fleet Commercial Non-VIP and VIP customers are eligible to receive the retail consumer and dealer cashincentives if the purchased or leased vehicle is from a dealers retail ordered stock. These must be reported as Type of Sale B or E and Fleet incentives cannot be claimed. Consumer Eligibility The conquest vehicle must be on the eligible list below and must have been titled for a minimum of thirty (30) daysto qualify for this program. If the vehicle has already been turned in or was declared a total loss by an insurance agency, it must have beenwithin the last thirty (30) calendar days in order to be eligible. The customer must meet all eligibility requirements and must be the primary user on the contract and named onthe Title and/or Owners Registration. The primary user of the vehicle must be the insurer of the vehicle. The Stellantis brand vehicle must be registered and insured in the name of the eligible purchaser consistent withthe primary user name on the conquest vehicle or their immediate family member living in the same household. A conquest VIN may be used on a maximum of five (5) new vehicle purchases/leases for the lifetime of theconquest VIN. Up to five (5) vehicles using the same conquest VIN must be purchased or leased on the same dayfrom the same dealership location.

The amount you pay at signing to finalize a lease contract and drive the car off the lot. It usually includes the first month’s lease payment, capitalized cost reduction, documentation fees charged by the dealer, an acquisition fee charged by the leasing company, est. sales tax and various state registration fees.
The predicted wholesale value of your car at the end of the lease. Residual Value is often expressed as a percentage of the vehicle’s MSRP and is always non-negotiable.
